Introduction:
Confidence is a vital component of personal and professional success. It plays a crucial role in shaping an individual's self-perception, attitudes, and behaviors. Confidence building activities have been widely recognized as an effective means to enhance self-esteem, improve performance, and foster overall well-being. This study aimed to explore the impact of novel Confidence building (written by Invst) activities on individuals' self-perception, motivation, and performance. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
Methodology:
The study consisted of two phases: (1) survey and (2) intervention. In the first phase, a survey was conducted among 500 participants, aged between 18 and 40, to assess their current levels of self-confidence, motivation, and performance. The survey questionnaire included standardized scales to measure self-esteem, motivation, and performance.
