Skrill and Neteller have banned users from non-SEPA countries from using prepaid cards. This decision could have far-reaching consequences for Online Betting operators. Moneybookers and Online Betting Neteller, Online Betting Paysafe trademarks owned by Group, Online Betting withdrew their MasterCard prepaid services are not members of the SEPA countries. In a message sent to all its customers at the beginning of the week, it read: "We regret to inform you that from November 25, 2016, we will no longer offer the Skrill prepaid MasterCard in your country".
This information has put many customers of Paysafe PLC in a delicate situation and has sparked a wave of anger on the internet.
