Romex wasn't made for that reason and is without added protection against moisture of any sort. If you might want to go outdoors you have two options. 1) You can run single THHN / THWN wires as an alternative to the Power Cable with an insulated ground Pv wire. THWN wires go outdoors without conduit due to the nylon coating in the insulation. 2) Use UFB cable that an underground cable that does not even need conduit. This cable might go anywhere including directly as earth any kind of problems.
If we don't grab this opportunity, a few additional realize that life without cable TV is quite boring. As it is considered a want, cable television is proven to give us joy and laughter in. It will be the availability is necessary for all cable and satellite TV subscribers or customers.
